This group coaching will cover how your menstrual cycle affects your energy levels, feminine & masculine energy tendencies at play in your life, and your most common energy drains. You will be coached and guided in implementing daily habit changes that will increase both your mental and physical energy levels! This series is ideal for women who are done feeling tired and fatigued, who want to feel in tune with their soul & body, and are ready to break habits that are no longer serving them.

Daily Vibrant Health & Hormones Coaching Series:
Are you plagued with PMS, mood swings, cramps, infertility, insomnia, weight gain, anxiety &/or depression?
This group coaching series will focus on your hormones, and how they are affecting your mental & physical health. You will learn the 3 major ways your hormones get out of whack, which of your symptoms are hormone related, and begin the hormonal healing process. Not only will you be coached and guided in implementing health changes that you desire, but you will identify and address those symptoms. You will understand how your daily circadian rhythm affects your hormones, as well as your monthly cycle.
